Requirements to enroll at Glance Lash Academy

Must be 17 years of age + older .

 

Must provide a government issued identification (drivers license/passport)

High School Diploma or GED.

​

Social Security If you do not have a Social Security we can permit you through TDLR.

​

$2,000 enrollment fee due the day you come in and sign the enrollment form.
